In globalization, there are a lot of opportunities for everyone to approach their success like Dual MBA program. As an agreement between AEU and IBSS, the program is enhancing student’s abilities to to have continuous interaction with the global faculty and industry speakers as it boosts the improvement of business communication skills and pragmatic, analytical thinking - key learning outcomes of this MBA.
The international elements of the MBA comes from the faculty, content, live case studies and projects, as well as the network of an international mix of participants - giving students a broad perspective in management methodologies, practices and techniques. The MBA Alumni will constantly engage students in lifelong learning guided by senior faculty members.
At AeU and IBSS, we do not only use our international advantage, we also have developed and applied a unique and state-of-the-art teaching methodology to our MBA programme. We deploy a combination of multiple approaches to learning that combines classroom training, praxis learning and tech-based learning. The MBA is set for 1,920 hours of total education and will be carried out as a Blended Learning course. The training sessions have been designed to entail the participation of more countries at the same time.
This programme will commence in January 2011.
Learning Outcomes:
1. To prepare students for careers in management and leadership in both public and private sectors. Student acquire a comprehensive foundation in fundamental management knowledge and skills, and learn how to successfully apply advanced tools and techniques for intelligent decision-making in a variety of organizational settings.
2. To provide students with the foundations in the content and competencies that will support their development as effective managers.
3. To promote overall undertaking and ability to apply the skills towards complex problem analysis, decision-making and in the application of modern strategic management methods relevant to the field of business and management.
